Rapper Sweenity has publicly asked the president of the Republic of Ghana and members of parliament to award and motive controversial dancehall artist Shatta Wale
According to Sweenity, the music industry has been influenced in various positive ways through the messages sent across and fights Shatta Wale engaged himself in with institutions who were refusing to promote Ghanaian musicians
Shatta Wale deserves a national citation or a statue to celebrate him and the “support your own campaign” he started which has yielded good results – Sweenity stated
The statue shouldn’t be anywhere but the Kotoka International Airport, to serve as a tourist attraction for visitors who fly into the country to learn about the things brave Shatta Wale has done for the entertainment industry – Sweenity added
Talking about how Shatta Wale can make more money in the music industry, Sweenity says all politicians should book Wale for their private ceremonies and pay him well because now the music industry is united as compared to before.
Sweenity is currently preparing to release another love song for music lovers, titled “Bae”. The much awaited song is set to be out in few days time with production credit going for Abochi
What do you think about this? You think Shatta Wale deserves to be honored with a national statue? Sweenity might be right or wrong let’s get the conversation going
